Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • If negotiation fails, mediation or arbitration in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province
  • The courts of competent jurisdiction in Shanxi Province, China
